1. Returns and Refunds

At Nite Arcade, we want you to have a satisfying shopping experience.
If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your order, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions.

To process your return request, the following conditions must be met:

  • Complete with all original packaging (if applicable).
  • Free of physical damage or signs of misuse.

Returns will not be accepted for products damaged due to improper use, incorrect installation, or accidents caused by the customer.


3. Return Process

Once you contact us:

  • We’ll provide detailed instructions on how to send the item back.
  • After we receive and inspect the product, we’ll notify you by email whether your return has been approved or denied.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.


4. Defective or Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving it.
Please include photos or videos of the product and packaging so we can properly assess the issue.

In these cases, you can choose between:

  • A free replacement shipment, or
  • A full refund of the amount paid.

5. Non-Returnable Products

We do not accept returns for products that:

  • Show visible signs of use.
  • Have been altered, tampered with, or damaged by the customer.
  • Are missing their original packaging.
  • Were purchased during a special promotion or clearance sale, unless defective upon arrival.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error by Nite Arcade (e.g., wrong, damaged, or defective item).
