1. Processing Times
All orders placed through Nite Arcade go through a preparation and verification stage before shipping.
Processing time: 1–3 business days.
During this period, your order is validated, the package is prepared, and a tracking number is generated.
2. Estimated Shipping Times
Once processed, your order will be shipped and typically arrives within:
8–12 business days on average.
⚠️ These time frames are estimates and may vary slightly depending on the delivery address, time of year, or customs delays.
3. Order Tracking
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.

4. Address Changes
If you need to modify your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
Once your order has been processed or shipped, we will not be able to make any changes to the address.
5. Delayed Orders
If your order has not been delivered within 20 business days, please contact us.
We are committed to investigating the case and, if applicable, will offer an immediate solution or a free reshipment.
6. International Shipping
We currently ship to most Spanish-speaking countries and the United States.
If your country does not appear as an option during checkout, please email us to confirm shipping availability.
7. Undelivered Packages
If an order cannot be delivered due to reasons beyond Nite Arcade’s control (incorrect address, recipient not available, or package refusal), the customer will be responsible for covering the reshipping costs if they wish to receive the order again.
